A little preparation helps us clean more efficiently and focus our time on making your home look its best.
1. Tidy Personal Items
Please pick up shoes, clothing, toys, important documents, and any personal belongings you would prefer not to have moved.
2. Clear Dishes & Countertops
Please clear dishes and unnecessary items from countertops when possible. This gives us more space to properly clean and sanitize surfaces.
3. Provide Access
Make sure we have any necessary keys, entry codes, or instructions needed to access your home. If you have an alarm system, please provide instructions for entering and disarming it.
4. Secure Valuables & Fragile Items
Please secure valuables and let us know about any fragile, damaged, or off-limits items or areas before your cleaning so we can use extra care.
5. Let Us Know About Special Requests
Have an area that needs extra attention—or something you'd like us to skip? Let us know before your cleaning so we can prioritize what matters most to you.
6. Pets
Please let us know about any pets in the home before your appointment. If necessary, secure pets in a comfortable and safe area while we clean. This helps keep your pets safe and allows us to work efficiently.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
8. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of your cleaning service.
